Promo Period: Aug 1, 2014 – Feb 28, 2015
Abstract
Make a minimum single receipt purchase worth PHP 200 (Two Hundred Pesos Philippine Currency) of any product or combination of products from any Mercury Drug store during the promo period. Each receipt must also have at least one (1) Mercury Drug Suki Panalo Product as part of the P200 minimum purchase. Locate the OFFICIAL RECEIPT NUMBER (O.R. #) of the Mercury Drug official receipt. This O.R. # will serve as the promo code. Submit the O.R. # by either texting the O.R. # to 2600, or entering the O.R. # in the official promotion website, www.sukipanalo.com. Earn one (1) entry for every one (1) Peso of the valid Mercury Drug official receipt. These entries qualify participants to the many raffles of the promotion. The Mercury Drug SUKI PANALO Promotion is divided into seven (7) months, with each month having a Weekly and a Monthly-Grand Raffle. Each of the seven (7) months will be defined by monthly cut-off periods. Anytime during the promo period, participants may also win mobile phone e-load worth P20.00 (Twenty Pesos Philippine Currency) instantly. There will be 14,840 e-load winners. For the Weekly Raffle, seven (7) participants will each win Mercury Drug gift certificates worth PHP 7,000 (Seven Thousand Pesos Philippine Currency). For the Monthly-Grand Raffle, ten (10) participants will each win PHP 1 Million cash (One Million Pesos Philippine Currency). Of the ten (10) Monthly-Grand Raffle winners, there will be at least one (1) winner from each of the four regions GMA, Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao. How to Join & Who Are Eligible to Join: 1. For a participant to qualify, he/she must: a. The basis for the OFFICIAL RECEIPT value is the final net total amount due that is indicated in the receipt. b. Be a subscriber of Smart, Talk-n-Text, Sun Cellular, Globe or Touch Mobile whether in postpaid or prepaid plans in order to join via SMS. To join via the website www.sukipanalo.com, the participant must have access to the internet. c. Register with the MERCURY DRUG SUKI PANALO Promotion either via SMS or via the official promotion website www.sukipanalo.com. d. Text-in a valid Mercury Drug OFFICIAL RECEIPT NUMBER (O.R. #) and AMOUNT to 2600 or key-in the valid O.R. # and AMOUNT in www.sukipanalo.com to earn the corresponding entries. e. For those who wish to participate in the Weekly and Monthly-Grand Raffle Draws or win e-load instantly, they must submit the Mercury Drug OFFICIAL RECEIPT NUMBER (O.R. #) via SMS or through the promo website www.sukipanalo.com within the respective weekly and monthly cut-off periods. f. Keep all Mercury Drug official receipts used in the promotion as proof of purchase. g. Consistent with Mercury Drug’s product returns policy, any participant who will return any product that was purchased during the promo period will be required to surrender the corresponding original OFFICIAL RECEIPT related to the specific product return. In doing so, all entries earned from that same OFFICIAL RECEIPT will be rendered invalid. How to Register: 1. First-time participants will be required to register, in order to validate the O.R. #’s that they will be sending throughout the promo period. Participants may register via mobile or via web. Via Web: a. Participants may opt to register online via the website www.sukipanalo.com and fill up all mandatory information under the "NOT YET REGISTERED?" field in the website homepage. Mandatory information will include the participant’s complete name, age, mailing address, mobile number, and password. After completing all mandatory information, the participant must click "SUBMIT". b. The participant will then receive a text message in his registered mobile number. This text message will contain a promo verification code that will need to be entered by the participant in the website in order to complete the registration process and to successfully log-in to his online promotion account. How to Accumulate Entries: 1. To earn entries, participants must make a minimum single receipt purchase worth PHP 200 (Two Hundred Pesos Philippine Currency) of any product or combination of products from any Mercury Drug store during the promo period. Each valid receipt must also have at least one (1) Mercury Drug Suki Sponsor Brand / Product as part of the P200 minimum purchase. 2. The participant must then locate the OFFICIAL RECEIPT NUMBER (O.R. #) and the total amount of purchase in the Mercury Drug official receipt. 3. The participant must submit his O.R. # and amount of purchase by either texting the O.R. # to 2600 (Syntax: MERCURY DRUG 4. Each O.R. # of Mercury Drug is unique. An O.R. # may only be submitted once, whether submitted via SMS or via the promo website. Submitting the O.R. # more than once will render the second submission invalid. 5. There is no limit to the number of entries that participants can accumulate during the promo period. The more purchases made by participants that meet the minimum promotion purchase requirements, the more entries they can earn. 6. All OFFICIAL RECEIPTS used to earn entries must be from valid purchases during the promotion period only – August 1, 2014 – February 28, 2015. OFFICIAL RECEIPTS reflecting dates outside of the promotion period will be rendered as invalid. 7. All valid OFFICIAL RECEIPT NUMBERS (O.R. #s) must also be submitted via SMS or via the promotion website during the promotion period and within the respective monthly cut-off periods. In case a valid purchase is made within a specific month of the promotion period, but the corresponding O.R. # is not submitted within the promotion period or within the corresponding monthly cut-off, then the same O.R. # submission will be rendered invalid. The date of the valid OFFICIAL RECEIPT (O.R.) will determine the MONTH wherein the corresponding O.R. # must be submitted to be rendered valid. Ex. Participants with valid official receipts dated for the month of Aug 2014 must also submit their corresponding O.R. #’s on or before the monthly cut-off for Aug 2014. Submitting the same O.R. #’s for the month of Aug 2014 after the Aug 2014 cut-off will invalidate these same O.R. #’s for all succeeding Weekly, and Monthly-Grand Raffle Draws. Valid OFFICIAL RECEIPTS and submission of their corresponding O.R. #s will be segmented based on weekly and monthly cut-off periods. Entries will be earned based on these cut-off periods. i. For a participant to qualify for the Weekly Raffle Draws of the promotion, the same participant must submit the O.R.# of his valid official receipt on or before the weekly cut-offs as specified in the table below. Non-winning entries that have been earned for a specific week will be carried over and eligible to win in the succeeding weekly raffle draws unless these have expired. The respective EXPIRATION PERIODS for all entries earned during each week are specified in the table below. Ex. Cut-off to submit entries for WEEK 9 falls on September 28, 2014 11:59 pm. All non-winning entries earned beginning WEEK 6 until WEEK 9 will expire on Sept 29, 2014 12:00 am, hence will no longer be carried over to succeeding weekly raffle draws beginning WEEK 10.
ii. For a participant to qualify for the Monthly-Grand Raffle Draws of the promotion, the same participant must submit the O.R. # of his valid official receipt on or before the monthly cut-offs as specified in the table below. Non-winning entries that have been earned for the month will automatically expire after the monthly cut-off of the same month, hence will no longer be eligible to win in the succeeding monthly-grand raffle draws. The respective EXPIRATION PERIODS for all entries earned during each month are specified in the table below.
